Description
This session is for those who feel ready to engage more directly with what is held beneath the surface — such as tension, fear, emotional residue, or long-standing inner patterns, often revealed through relationships and significant life experiences.
Processing is a deeper, somatic form of work that involves meeting experience with awareness rather than resistance. It is not about fixing, forcing, or bypassing, but about allowing what has been carried in the body and nervous system to be recognized, released, reorganized, and integrated.
The process can be subtle or deeply cathartic, depending on what emerges. Emotional release, shifts in perception, and moments of clarity are all natural possibilities. What matters is not intensity, but the capacity to remain present with what unfolds.
Those interested in understanding what this process may look like in practice can explore further reflections in my writing.
